Appointments:
We are based in Hastings, East Sussex. If you would like a sit in service to oversee the production of your prints and be in total control, we are happy to be able to offer this. You only pay for the paper you use, plus 20%.
Postage and Packaging:
Prints are left to dry then tissue paper is placed over the paper for protection, then rolled and mailed in cardboard tubes with tissue paper at each end. For prints up to 30x40” we use strong tubes with a 3” diameter. For larger prints up to 60” we use super strong tubes (3mm thick wall) and a 4” diameter and for the largest prints we use a 6” diameter tube.
If you would like prints to be mailed in an heavy duty card envelope, this is possible for prints up to 16X20” / A2.

General Care
Giclee prints are a high quality archival inkjet print favoured by galleries and professional artists worldwide.
Always wear white gloves to handle the print.
If your print is over 40”x32” they become tricky to handle without causing a dent in the paper. If your print is very large, 60”x50” for example, it is best to take it directly to a framer who can unwrap it and look at it with you. Prints leave the studio in perfect condition.
